Margarita has over 9 years’ experience in property, including more than 3 years as a property manager with a national real estate franchise. Coupled with previous positions in customer service roles, Margarita has proven skills in relationship management and has a strong customer focus.

Fabiola is an experienced property professional with over ten years of expertise in customer service, sales, healthcare, and real estate. She has a strong background in property management and leasing executive management roles. Originally from Perth, she spent the last five years in the Northern Territory, with two years as a property manager in Darwin. Liam is a qualified leasing and inspections consultant who has joined our team after three years of experience at a reputable real estate agency. He holds a Certificate IV in Business and Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, making him well-equipped for his role within the property management team. He conducts rental home opens and processes applications quickly to ensure that our properties are tenanted as soon as possible, keeping the vacancy rate low and placing more people in rental properties.
