Our employees have access to a number of free counselling sessions with an external provider along with the flexibility of a hybrid work model. Employees also accumulate additional days of annual leave based on their tenure with the company. This system ensures that those who have devoted time and energy to our shared vision are granted additional time to rejuvenate, spend time with loved ones, or pursue personal passions.

Fundraising & Volunteering

At Momentum, our social responsibility efforts are closely aligned with organisations that share our values and vision for a better world. It’s with great pride that we have chosen the Salvation Army as our charity of choice. This organisation provides aid to the local community, including food, essentials and housing support.

Momentum incorporates fundraising efforts throughout the year while our team members are frequently found volunteering their time and expertise with the Salvation Army, underscoring our hands-on approach to charity and our deep-rooted belief in direct community engagement. Through these collaborative endeavors, we aim to amplify the positive change the Salvation Army brings and further our own mission of community improvement.
