Our Team

The team is led by Damian Collins, a respected and successful property investor who provides both a vision and wealth of experience for the company. Throughout his investment career both in Perth and interstate, Damian recognised the need of time-poor investors for a trusted source of advice that could guide their property investment decisions. Damian formed Momentum Wealth to fulfill this role and assist investors in achieving their long-term property wealth goals. 

Outside of Momentum Wealth, Damian plays an active role in advocating for the local real estate community in WA. He served on the REIWA Council from 2011 to 2023 and was President of the Institute from 2018 to 2022.

Qualified with a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), a Bachelor of Communications Degree (Public Relations) and a Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management), Jennifer is the Property Licensee, an avid property investor and truly believes in the wealth creation power of property. She is passionate about the vital role that the team at Momentum Wealth provide in this process along with the full-service offering extended to our clients.

Alex is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in the property and funds management sector gained from over 15 years working in London, Amsterdam and Perth. Alex is responsible for all aspects of financial accounting, taxation, treasury, financing, risk management, ICT and compliance for the MW Group and Funds. Before joining the Group, Alex worked in senior finance and commercial roles with major international property group Lendlease. Prior to this, he held senior positions with an ASX listed international mining company and the accounting firm KPMG.

Philip holds a Bachelor of Law from The University of Western Australia and is the Head of Development at Momentum Wealth. Philip has over 13 years’ experience in the end to end delivery of development projects across a broad spectrum of areas including residential land subdivision, residential apartments, commercial and retail built form, and industrial land subdivision. Philip is a strong advocate for  WA’s residential property and development sector both within and outside of his role at Momentum Wealth, and is an active member of the Property Council of WA Residential Committee. 

Rikki Lushey is a brand strategist with over 20 years’ experience in building and connecting brands with the customers who they assist. Over her career, Rikki has developed a passion for the property industry and believes in empowering consumers through clear and transparent information. She has worked with clients ranging from startups through to SMEs and ASX listed companies across a number of industries including technology, property, finance and construction.

Our finance team is led by Caylum Merrick, who holds over a decade’s experience in lending and leadership roles. Caylum is a passionate mentor to our finance brokers, and is dedicated to equipping his team with the knowledge, skillset and systems they need to become top performers in the broking industry. Caylum is committed to delivering a seamless experience for Momentum’s investors, ensuring our clients receive the right advice across all facets of their property journey. He holds a Diploma in Mortgage Broking and a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.

Our property management team is led by Amanda Kroczek, who has over fifteen years’ experience in residential real estate management and holds a Diploma in Property. Starting her career as a property manager in 2007, Amanda managed client portfolios for almost a decade before transitioning into her role as team leader of our property management division. She now guides our team of property managers and leasing specialists in driving superior outcomes for our clients through effective management strategies and solutions.

Robin, with 22 years in real estate, brings extensive expertise to our residential investment teams. Starting as a property management assistant and sales representative at 18, he became WA’s youngest triennial licensee holder. With experience in sales, agency management, training, and business development, including running his own residential-focused office, Robin now leads our Property Acquisitions and Research division. Using proven research methodologies, he supports our teams in identifying investment opportunities for clients. Robin holds diplomas in Business Management for Real Estate and Management, as well as certifications in Real Estate and Training and Assessment.

Mark began his career as a Chartered Accountant and then spent 12 years in senior finance roles in the mining industry. In 2011, he transitioned into property. Since then, Mark has helped hundreds of clients navigate the complexities of property investment, from first-time investors and home buyers to seasoned property developers and owner-occupiers purchasing high-end properties in Perth’s premium suburbs. With over 30 years of personal property investing experience, Mark has developed an understanding of the industry. His expertise in property development, property syndicates, strategic acquisitions, and strong finance background enable Mark to deliver tailored, data-driven solutions to help clients grow their property portfolios across a diverse range of investments.

As a Property Acquisitions Specialist, Jack enjoys helping clients to achieve their property goals, whether that may be locating their dream home or a property that will best serve their long-term investment objectives. Jack developed his interest in real estate while managing and operating hospitality venues, which led him to further research the field and join Momentum Wealth in 2018. He holds a Bachelor of Business in Hotel Management and a Diploma of Marketing. Jack is an integral part of the Property Acquisitions team and applies his in-depth knowledge and passion for property to every project to achieve superior results for his clients.

Karen has always been passionate about real estate. Previously a printer by trade, Karen moved into printing sales and excelled working for several real estate clients. Given her interest in property, she later joined the real estate industry and completed her real estate certificate in 2002. Karen learned fast in what was a booming market, as both a buyer’s agent and sales representative, and joins us with a wealth of knowledge in all facets of real estate and property development. Karen loves helping clients achieve their property dreams and goals. From her initial contact and first meeting, all the way through to key handover at settlement, you can rest assured that Karen will be committed to achieving the best possible result for you.

Fabiola is an experienced property professional with over ten years of expertise in customer service, sales, healthcare, and real estate. She has a strong background in property management and leasing executive management roles. Fabiola is dedicated to helping clients achieve their property objectives, whether it’s purchasing, leasing, or investing in property. She uses her knowledge to provide personalised solutions, ensuring clients make informed decisions. Fabiola’s unwavering commitment to excellence and customer-centric approach make her an invaluable partner for individuals seeking guidance in their property journey. She has a proven track record of delivering seamless transactions and enhancing client satisfaction by adhering to these core values.

Luke is an experienced Registered Real Estate and Business Sales Representative with over seven years of experience in sales and management, initially stemming from a retail background. Transitioning into real estate, he began as a sales cadet before advancing to selling new homes for a medium density infill developer, and later holding leadership roles as a sales team leader and manager. Luke’s expertise also includes several years of personal property investment. He is driven by a passion to help clients achieve their property and financial goals, believing in the strong opportunities Perth has to offer. As a buyer’s agent, Luke is dedicated to providing high-quality service and guidance to clients, leveraging his extensive experience and knowledge to ensure their success.

Henna brings over a decade of property and construction industry experience to Momentum Wealth. Her extensive background in home and off-the-plan sales provides her with a deep understanding of the purchase process from both buyer and seller perspectives. Transitioning into buyer’s advocacy, Henna now leverages her industry and negotiation expertise to guide our clients through the complexities of property acquisition. She recognises the significant impact property investments have on our clients’ lives and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service to make each transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Jack is a licensed valuer with over five years of experience in residential, rural, commercial and industrial valuations across WA. Prior to joining Momentum Wealth, Jack worked as a real estate consultant providing advisory services for property management, valuations, due diligence assessments, stakeholder engagement and project management roles. Jack holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master’s Degree in Property Investment and Development. Jack is passionate about helping our clients to achieve their long-term property investment goals.

Reid holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Finance and Property from Curtin University. In his previous role, he produced property and research-based reports, and through the hands-on nature of this work, he gained an invaluable practical understanding of the Perth property market. This experience allows him to provide more accurate and actionable research-based insights for our valued clients. Reid is passionate about real estate and understanding the local market. 

Angela joins Momentum with a diverse background and a passion for the real estate industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Graduate Diploma of Education. After starting out in the education sector, she then worked for Qantas and Emirates Airlines for several years. In 2007 Angela transitioned into the real estate industry. Angela has been involved in a wide range of residential property investing and portfolio management activities, construction, subdividing projects, renovation projects, and all aspects of rental management. Outside of work, Angela also generously dedicates her time to mentoring high school students as part of the Raise Youth Mentoring program.

Our finance team is led by Caylum Merrick, who holds over a decade’s experience in lending and leadership roles. Caylum is a passionate mentor to our finance brokers, and is dedicated to equipping his team with the knowledge, skillset and systems they need to become top performers in the broking industry. Caylum is committed to delivering a seamless experience for Momentum’s investors, ensuring our clients receive the right advice across all facets of their property journey. He holds a Diploma in Mortgage Broking and a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.

Michael joins Momentum Wealth as a Qualified Property Investment Advisor, specialising in tailored advice and support for clients. With a focus on understanding their unique needs and goals, he helps investors achieve a stronger financial future. Michael holds a Bachelor of Accounting and Management, a Certificate IV in Business, and is a Chartered Accountant. Outside of work, he dedicates time to community building and mental health advocacy, recently completing his accreditation as a mental health first aider through SJOG.

With over 16 years of experience in real estate, Robert brings extensive knowledge and skills to the Finance and Strategy team. Throughout his career, his passion for the property market has remained constant, resulting in a deep and abiding understanding of the real estate industry. He’s worked around the globe buying and selling property, honing both his ability to communicate with people of all backgrounds and his understanding of the strategic nature of investing in property. Robert has an innate ability to understand his client’s needs, and always strives to exceed their expectations, building long-lasting relationships in the process. 

Rhonda holds a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and joins Momentum Wealth with over 20 years’ experience in corporate sales and relationship management. Rhonda is passionate about supporting investors in their property goals through a pragmatic and considered approach to property finance. A strong advocate for client experience, she’s focused on alleviating the stress of the borrowing process for our investors, while empowering them with the support and knowledge they need to plan towards their longer-term property goals.

Maxwell holds a Diploma in Mortgage Broking Management and brings a solid foundation in project management, with over five years of experience in civil and commercial construction. Driven by a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals, Max specialises in delivering comprehensive finance solutions across diverse areas, including investment lending, Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) financing, and lending against both commercial and residential assets. Additionally, Max provides expert guidance in commercial finance, business lending, and development finance, focusing on strategies that reduce risk and increase financial flexibility. Through a client-centric approach, Max ensures each financial strategy is tailored to the unique goals and needs of every individual client.

Bryn holds a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and has worked in lending roles for over eight years. He is an experienced mortgage broker and has previously held positions in commercial lending at one of Australia’s largest banks. Bryn works closely with his clients to build long-lasting relationships and to provide them with lending solutions to build wealth through property.

Iszac holds a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and from growing up in a family within the mortgage broking and banking industry, he brings a wealth of real-world experience to the team. At just 19, Iszac purchased and renovated his first investment property and has since seen the value increase. With a commitment to clear communication and a down-to-earth approach, Iszac thrives on building strong relationships and helping clients reach their property goals, whether it’s their first home or a strategic investment.

Josh joins Momentum Wealth with over 8 years’ experience in the property investment industry, gained across roles in property management and leasing as well as new home sales. Josh subsequently followed his real estate passion into finance broking, backed by an appreciation of the crucial role effective finance can play in an investor’s long-term success. He’s dedicated to empowering clients throughout the lending process, offering education and fostering long-term relationships to help them achieve their property goals. Josh holds a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.

Kyra holds a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in entrepreneurship and design. With extensive experience in mortgage broking, management and customer service, Kyra joined Momentum Wealth to pursue her passion of helping clients build wealth through property investment. She aims to make the process as enjoyable as possible for her clients so they can focus on the achievements, while Kyra works through the financial logistics and accomplishes exceptional results.

Vima works tirelessly in support of Momentum Wealth’s finance team, implementing systems that streamline internal processes as well as helping to foster stronger relationships with clients. Vima’s attention to detail and drive to constantly learn and acquire new skills make her an invaluable asset to Momentum Wealth. Vima holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Banking, and was named Best Loan Administrator WA at the 2021 Adviser Better Business Awards.

Sebastien has a Bachelor of Commerce in Management and Marketing and has received WA Asset Management Advisor Awards for Top Individual for three years running in his previous role with an international real estate franchise.

Leah is a driven and resourceful professional with a multifaceted background in sales, marketing, and property management. Currently pursuing a Master of Property, she brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles at LJ Hooker, Niche Living and ACT Media. Leah thrives on leveraging her strong communication skills and innovative thinking to nurture client relationships, foster a collaborative team, and drive strategic growth within the property management sector. Her passion lies in exceeding expectations, optimising efficiency, and expanding the property management portfolio.

Margarita has over nine years’ experience in property, including more than three years as a property manager with a national real estate franchise. Coupled with previous positions in customer service roles, Margarita has proven skills in relationship management and has a strong customer focus.

Shannon joined Momentum Wealth after working as a property manager for over two years, with prior management experience in retail and sales. She holds a Property Manager Certificate and Certificate IV in Business and has been passionate about working in real estate since finishing school. Shannon is driven by working with clients to improve their investments.

Kimberly is a skilled professional with more than eight years of experience and a Sales and Property Management Registration. Her passion for property investment has been a driving force throughout her career, fueled by her personal portfolio of investment properties on the east coast. Kimberly has gained invaluable experience through working for several property management companies, enabling her to understand the expectations of property owners. As a property investor herself, Kimberly is committed to providing the same exceptional property management services to her clients that she would expect for her own property.

Rhianna brings valuable experience to Momentum Wealth, having previously worked with one of Australia’s largest real estate groups. Rhianna approaches her clients’ properties with a proactive and caring mindset, working closely with owners to unlock their investment’s full potential. Known for her approachability and clear communication, she enjoys building strong relationships with owners and tenants based on transparency and trust.

Zaria holds a Certificate IV in Real Estate and is committed to providing exceptional property management services. With experience at major Perth property management agencies, as well as six years in produce management role in New Zealand, Zaria has developed strong leadership and customer service skills. With a passion for helping others, Zaria believes that clear communication and a strong understanding of local laws are vital for success. She strives to ensure that both owners and tenants feel valued and heard, navigating the complexities of real estate with kindness and professionalism. 

Sahar brings dedicated property management experience to our team. With a Property Management Registration as well as a Certificate IV in Personal Training, she combines strong organisational skills with a passion for people. Sahar is committed to fostering positive relationships between landlords and tenants, ensuring both parties are treated with equal respect. She manages her clients’ properties as if they were her own, striving for excellence in service and communication.

Liam is a qualified leasing and inspections consultant who has joined our team after three years of experience at a reputable real estate agency. He holds a Certificate IV in Business and Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, making him well-equipped for his role within the property management team. Liam’s passion for working with clients is evident in his willingness to go above and beyond to assist them with their rental properties. He conducts rental home opens and processes applications quickly to ensure that our properties are tenanted as soon as possible, keeping the vacancy rate low and placing more people in rental properties.
