Our Development Team
Head of Development
Philip holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Western Australia and is the Head of Development at Momentum Wealth. Philip has over 13 years’ experience in the end to end delivery of development projects across a broad spectrum of areas including residential land subdivision, residential apartments, commercial and retail built form, and industrial land subdivision. Philip is a strong advocate for WA’s residential property and development sector both within and outside of his role at Momentum Wealth, and is an active member of the Property Council of WA Residential Committee.
Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning (Honours) and brings extensive experience to the Momentum Wealth Development Team. Previous roles as a Town Planner, Project Manager and Development Manager have allowed Jeremy to develop experience across the full width of the industry. Jeremy has also managed developments in Victoria and Queensland and was instrumental in establishing Peet’s Medium Density department. As Development Manager at Momentum Wealth, Jeremy plays an influential role establishing relationships with clients and helping them build wealth through property whilst also contributing to the sustainability and liveability of Perth.
Domenic holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours) and has 14 years’ experience across a range of sectors in the property industry. He has an extensive background in project engineering and development management, with projects spanning various industries including industrial, hotels, and small and large-scale property investments. As a Development Manager at Momentum Wealth, Domenic provides end-to-end direction for our property developments and investments by strategically driving teams to achieve key milestones, continually seeking value-add solutions, and maintaining a heavy focus on our client’s long-term goals.
Assistant Development Manager
Brianna holds a Master of Science majoring in Project Management and a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and Human Resources. Starting her career as an Accountant in public and private practice, Brianna has since gone on to hold roles as a Project Manager at the City of Swan and a Project Manager Associate for Fortescue Metals Group, where she oversaw the concept, design and construction of office fit-outs for some of the Group’s key subsidiaries. As Assistant Development Manager, Brianna is responsible for supporting the coordination of our client development projects at Momentum Wealth, as well as aiding the delivery of our syndicated developments through our funds management arm, Westbridge Funds Management.
Assistant Development Manager
Anton is an experienced Project Manager with an extensive background in construction and development. His career has encompassed a wide-ranging sector portfolio, including multi-storey apartments, mixed-use facilities & commercial properties. As Assistant Development Manager, Anton plays a key role in the delivery of both our private client and syndicated projects, using his end-to-end experience to maximise outcomes across all stages of the planning and development lifecycle. Anton holds a Bachelor of Design Majoring in Architecture from The University of Western Australia.
