By providing the contact details of a friend or family member, you are confirming that the referee has provided consent for Momentum Wealth to make contact with them in regards to your referral. The referral program is only available to existing Momentum Wealth clients (any service) who refer a new property management client who exclusively lists their investment property through Momentum Wealth. The prospective client’s name and contact details have been provided to Momentum Wealth with their consent prior to being contacted by our office. The Gift Card will be sent to the client and referee within 30 days of the commencement of rent payments to Momentum Wealth. Momentum Wealth reserves the right to decline to manage any property referred to us, and if this is the case, the referral reward will not apply.
