Sebastien has a Bachelor of Commerce in Management and Marketing and has received WA Asset Management Advisor Awards for Top Individual for three years running in his previous role with an international real estate franchise.

Margarita has over 9 years’ experience in property, including more than 3 years as a property manager with a national real estate franchise. Coupled with previous positions in customer service roles, Margarita has proven skills in relationship management and has a strong customer focus.

Kimberly is a skilled professional with more than eight years of experience and a Sales and Property Management Registration. Her passion for property investment has been a driving force throughout her career, fueled by her personal portfolio of investment properties on the east coast. Kimberly has gained invaluable experience through working for several property management companies, enabling her to understand the expectations of property owners. As a property investor herself, Kimberly is committed to providing the same exceptional property management services to her clients that she would expect for her own property.

Rhianna brings valuable experience to Momentum Wealth, having previously worked with one of Australia’s largest real estate groups. Rhianna approaches her clients’ properties with a proactive and caring mindset, working closely with owners to unlock their investment’s full potential. Known for her approachability and clear communication, she enjoys building strong relationships with owners and tenants based on transparency and trust.

Cheyenne is a dedicated and driven property management professional with over five years’ experience in the real estate industry. Throughout her career, she has managed large residential portfolios, built strong relationships with clients and tenants, and developed a reputation for being organised, approachable, and solutions-focused.

She is passionate about delivering a high standard of service, providing clear communication, and supporting clients through every stage of the property management process. Cheyenne also enjoys mentoring and supporting others within the industry and is currently furthering her professional development through her Real Estate Diploma.

With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Yoana brings a depth of knowledge and professionalism across all aspects of residential property management and residential and commercial trust account management. Driven by a passion for customer service, she prides herself on building strong, lasting relationships with clients.

Having successfully owned and operated her own business for the last eight years, she combines strong leadership with hands-on expertise and a genuine understanding and expectations.

Holding a current Triennial Licence and a Diploma of Property Services, she is committed to maintaining the highest standards of compliance, accuracy, and industry best practice.

Liam is a qualified leasing and inspections consultant who has joined our team after three years of experience at a reputable real estate agency. He holds a Certificate IV in Business and Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, making him well-equipped for his role within the property management team. Liam’s passion for working with clients is evident in his willingness to go above and beyond to assist them with their rental properties. He conducts rental home opens and processes applications quickly to ensure that our properties are tenanted as soon as possible, keeping the vacancy rate low and placing more people in rental properties.

Courtenay is a Registered Property Manager with five years’ experience in property management, having worked across assistant and property manager roles, as well as providing executive support to a Managing Director. Before moving into real estate, she was part of a management team in the retail sector, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service and operations.

In her role as Rental Management Assistant, Courtenay enjoys working with a wide range of people and continuing to build her knowledge of the real estate industry. She is particularly passionate about the customer-facing aspects of property management and delivering positive experiences for clients wherever possible.
